We all know that taste in music can differ, also during the Eurovision Song Contest… Some countries give the highest points to the winner while other countries ignore the winning song.
The Eurovision Song contest 1988 was won by Switzerland that was represented by Celine Dion (from Canada) and the song Ne Partez Pas Sans Moi. Each of the 21 participating countries awarded 12, 10, 8–1 point(s) to their 10 favourite songs. Austria and Denmark gave no points to Switzerland while Luxembourg and France gave just 1 point each to Ne Partez Pas Sans Moi.
