WILL MARGARET BERGER FEEDS US A NEW SONG FOR EUROVISION?

Morten Thomassen of Norway is writing over a possible candidate in the 2024 Norwegian selection for Eurovision.

The rumor mill about who will try their luck for a trip to Malmö in May is at its peak just a few days before the artists are revealed.

One of those that are being heavily rumored is a lady who has already done a job for Norway in Malmö and of course we are talking about Margaret Berger and who wouldn’t want her back in our beloved competition?

The song “I Feed You My Love” still resonates well in most ESC circles and since our last victory back in 2009, it is Margaret who sits at the top of the Norwegian throne for placement in the ESC final.

Last year’s Norwegian participant Alessandra lacked 82 points to get a step higher on the results list and it is actually only 8 points less than what Margaret was behind in first place back in 2013.

In other words, should Madam Berger get another turn as Norwegian representative, she has something to avenge, so one can only hope that she has a “revenge song” that smells of burning.

It is quite possible that Margaret simply wants to be a little child-free, she is the mother of 2 children to Sander and Siena, the latter of whom has not reached the age of 2 yet, so for a possible trip to Malmö there must be a babysitter I believe.

And on social media, she promises her fans an exciting new year and we MGP fans choose to interpret that in our own way.

But, regardless, the lady must appear at the launch next Friday with a super song, Stig Karlsen has already promised us an artist from Trøndelag and I at least know which artist from Trøndelag I want most then.
