Stefania got to perform at the MAD Video Music Awards 2021 in Greece. She got to perform three stage performances.

Stefania performed her latest single called Mucho Calor, Last Dance (her 2021 Eurovision song) with Greek singer, Archolekas, in acoustic version. Also, she performed a song with another Greek singer, Petros Iakovidis (S’ Agapáo Sou Fónaxa after Petros singing Mi Thymóneis).
