A new video has been released of Lea Garza performing the song Qué alegre va María (How happy is María). Lea’s voice sounds so crisp and clear with a beautiful tone.
Qué alegre va María is composed by famous Yucatecan composer, Sergio Esquivel. The song won the OTI Festival 1973 by Imelda Miller representing Mexico.
Lea performed Qué alegre va María at the Concert Hall of the Palacio de la Música – Centro Nacional de la Música Mexicana.
Lea Garza is based in Mexico and has had much success in festivals and competitions and won Revelation Female 2021 in Pop-Rock in Spanish and English in the Palmas de Oro awards in Mexico. Lea won the BravoFestival 2022. She also took part in Got Talent España (Spain’s Got Talent).
