The last time the United Kingdom won the Eurovision song  contest
was in 1997 and the song is LOVE SHINE A LIGHT – Katrina and the waves sang it then. At the recent Eurovision pre-party in Madrid, Spain, it was sung on stage by two ex Eurovision singers.

SuRie who sang for the UK in 2018 and RUSLANA, the winner for UKRAINE in 2004 teamed up and performed the song.
