Every year at the JUNIOR EUROVISION song contest, there are participants from previous years. 2023 Junior Eurovision in Nice, France is no exception.

Ian Fowell of ESC COVERS ran into CHANEL DILECTA who presented Italy in 2022 with BLA BLA BLA and GAIA GAMBUZZA who represented Malta in 2022 with DIAMONDS  IN THE SKIES.
