Andy Mikhveev from ESC Kaz informed ESC Covers this morning of a really sad event.

Igor Vovkovinskiy, who appeared in the 2013 Eurovision song contest as part of the entry from Ukraine, passed away. He was just 38 years old.

Igor carried ZLATA OGNEVICH on stage during her performance of the song GRAVITY.
