Shania Cauchi gave a charming and beautiful performance of the Queen classic song Who Wants To Live Forever on Net tv in Malta.

Shania is currently participating in The Entertainers – Singing Challenge competition. She has a pop/opera vocal style and the Queen song suited her voice very well.

Shania recently took part in the 2019 Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest national selection. She performed the soprano O Mio Babbino Caro.

Malta: Demi Galea rocks on The Entertainers – Singing Challenge with ‘Black Velvet’

Demi Galea is currently taking part in the popular The Entertainers – Singing Challenge on Net tv in Malta.

At the weekend Demi rocked the show with her version of the Alannah Myles song Black Velvet.  She gave a confident performance and appeared to be enjoying every minute of being on the stage.

Demi also has a song in contention for the 2019 L-Għanja tal-Poplu competition. The song is called Fil-Fond (Deep). It is composed by Rita Pace and Mark Spiteri Lucas.

Demi appeared in the 2017 Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest national selection.

Kylie Meilak performed a beautiful rendition of I’ll Never Love Again from the A Star Is Born soundtrack by Lady Gaga on The Entertainers – Singing Challenge on Net tv in Malta.

Kylie has a beautiful and controlled and crystal clear vocal and she gave a wonderful interpretation of the song.

Kylie took part in the Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest national selections in 2017 and 2018.

We look forward to hearing more from Kylie this year. She has a big future.

Last weekend saw the final of The Entertainers – Singing Challenge-Kategorija B on Net tv in Malta. Some very talented singers took part in this competition and should be congratulated after some fine performances (not just in the final but throughout the challenge of the series).

The results of the Top 3 in the Kategorija B section and congratulations to –

  • 3rd place: Rachel Lowell
  • 2nd place: Charisse Ann Vassallo
  • 1st place: Samira Cauchi

For the Top 3 acts we saw Rachel Lowell perform Get It Right, Charisse Ann Vassallo sing Je Suis Malade and the winning act, Samira Cauchi perform Life On Mars.

Demi took part in the 2017 Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest national selection where she covered Breathing Underwater by Emeli Sandé.

ESC Covers recently told you about the exciting pop/opera singing talents of Nicole Hammett from Malta. She has recently enjoyed success in various festivals and competitions.

Nicole is currently taking part in The Entertainers – Singing Challenge on Net tv in Malta. She recently performed the classic Con Te Partiro by Andrea Bocelli. It was also a big hit duet with Sarah Brightman as Time To Say Goodbye. Nicole’s powerful and clear pop/operatic vocals do justice to the evergreen song.

Kylie Meilak is another young and very talented singer who has also made it to The Entertainers – Singing Challenge Net tv show semi-finals stage in Malta. She performed the evergreen standard The Power Of Love made famous by Jennifer Rush and also Celine Dion. You will see in the video below that Kylie has clear and powerful vocals and she gave an outstanding performance of the song.

Kylie is just 13 years old but her voice sounds very mature and she appears comfortable singing a variety of songs and styles. She took part in the 2017 Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest national selection. She has also had success in festivals such as San Remo Junior in Malta.

I am sure we will be hearing a lot more from Kylie in the near future.
