Albert Černý from the music video ‘Lucy’ by Lake Malawi
The brand new single released by Lake Malawi is called Lucy. However, this song will be the one that lead singer Albert Černý will sing in the 2020 Szansa na Sukces final in Poland. So, if he wins this could be the song he will represent Poland with at the 2020 Eurovision in Rotterdam.
Lake Malawi represented Czech Republic with the popular Friend Of A Friend at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest in Tel Aviv.
Albert Černý has won the latest round of Szansa na Sukces in Poland (the competition to find the representative for Poland at the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest).
Albert is the lead singer of Lake Malawi, who represented Czech Republic at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest with Friend Of A Friend.

Poland will use the tv talent show Szansa na Sukces to select their 2020 Eurovision Song Contest act. Juries will decide in the first three heats who will advance each week. In the final the public will decide by SMS voting who will sing for Poland in the Netherlands in May.
Invitations are now out to Polish composers only to submit songs.
There will be three heats starting on Sunday 2 February. The big final will take place on 23 February.
It should be an interesting selection method as this type of show helped Poland to another victory at the 2019 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. It is time for Poland to do well again at Eurovision! Let us see.
