During the lock down in Europe over the Eurovision period in May, many Eurovision singers did home videos of other Eurovision artists songs. In the wake of ESC COVERS COVER2COVER singing competition, we will feature some of these so South African artists in particular can get an idea how it is done. Nor Bert of EuroVisionMusic picked the ones as he followed the whole series.
The sixth video is SURIE from the UNITED KINGDOM (who represented her country at the 2018 Eurovision song contest with STORM, covering the Eurovision winner from FINLAND 2006 – HARD ROCK ALLELUJAH of LORDI.
Ida Andia from Romania continues with her predictions about whether the entries in semi final 1 of the 2019 Eurovision song contest will reach the final.
”Storm”, performed by Victor Crone, is a great entry for Estonia. I just hope he will keep the staging as it was staged at Eesti Laul – a STORM on the stage! Estonia sends this year another good song, like always. I think he could be in TOP 10 (like last year) because the song is so strong and catchy.
Victor Crone was victorious at the Eesti Laul with his song Storm and therefore will represent Estonia at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest in Israel in May.
Victor is actually from Sweden and Storm is composed by Victor with Stig Rästa, Vallo Kikas and Fred Krieger.
The finalists were –
