In the second of our questions, we stay with semi final 1 of the Swedish selection. There was a song by the group DE VET DU called Road trip. The nice car on stage instantly caught my attention. So the question is, do such interesting or unique props enhance the chances of such a song to be selected? Also if possible mention one such interesting prop you have seen on the Eurovision stage or during a national selection.
Fans have been able to listen for approximately one minute each to the 7 songs in the first semi final.
I was not impressed with any of the 7 songs after hearing them for the first time – there is no instant hit for me.

Expected more of this song from seeing the title
5th – ROAD TRIP
Was hoping for a catchy boy band song and hearing about the car on stage, but the song is not really for me
4th – ACE WILDER
This is too wild but I guess it will win this semi final
3rd – NANO
Nice song but I expected a stronger voice
2nd – CHARLOTTE
Not a bad song, but quite slow, maybe it is because I expected a faster song from her like “Take me to your heaven” and “Hero”. Surprised it is last in the voting so far
1st – DINAH NAH
She looks nice and the song is typical pop
