Rui Andrade releases lyric video for ‘Know Me Better’ …English version of ‘Confia Em Mim’

Recently ESC Covers told you about the brand new release by the talented Portuguese singer, Rui Andrade, entitled Confia Em Mim in association with Cap Sounds music label in Germany.

Now Rui has released the English version lyric video called Know Me Better. It is composed by Warren Bacci, Michael Johansson and Johan Bejerholm (who was one of the writers for Always by AySel & Arash for Azerbaijan at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest).

Rui was actually on the Eurovision stage in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2014 as part of the Russian team with the Tolmachevy Sisters and their song Shine.  He has also finished third on three occasions in the Portugal Eurovison national selection Festival da Canção.

Since the release of Confia Em Mim the song has received a great reaction and gaining airplay in many countries like Portugal, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Luxemburg, France and even Brazil.

Know Me Better/Confia Em Mim is available on digital platforms such as iTunes, Amazon, Spotify and Deezer.

Rui Andrade is a multi talented singer, model and presenter from Portugal. He has just made his first international release of his new song Confia em mim. There is also an English version entitled Know Me Better. The song is composed by Warren Bacci, Michael Johansson and Johan Bejerholm (Johan composed the 2009 Azerbaijan Eurovision song Always by AySel & Arash). The Portuguese words are by Gonçalo Salgueiro.

Rui has participated three times in the Portuguese Eurovision national selection shows, Festival RTP da Canção, in 2011, 2012 and 2014 finishing in third place each time. He has also been on the Eurovision stage as a backing vocalist with the Tolmachevy Sisters (2014 ESC Russia- Shine).

Confia em mim is released in Portugal and around Europe and also in Brazil. The song has already had a great reaction in Portugal, where it has hit the iTunes charts there. The overall reaction for the release is very promising.
