Agnete will sing for Norway at the 2016 Eurovision with ‘Icebreaker’
Agnete has won the race to represent Norway at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest by winning the Melodi Grand Prix with her song Icebreaker. 10 acts competed and they were –
- The Hungry Hearts feat. Lisa Dillan – Laika
- Stage Dolls – Into the Fire
- Stine Hole Ulla – Traces
- Makeda – Stand Up
- Pegasus – Anyway
- Freddy Kalas – Feel Da Rush
- Laila Samuels – Afterglow
- Elouiz – History
- Suite 16 – Anna Lee
- Agnete – Icebreaker
The results were decided by televoting. Four acts went through to the super-final. They were –
- Agnete
- Freddy Kalas
- Suite 16
- Laila Samuels
After the second round of voting is was declared that Agnete was the winner with Icebreaker. You can see her winning song below.
