ANNIA makes a welcome return with her new song called Za Petama (On the heels). It is a beautiful contemporary Balkan ballad sung with a lot of passion and emotion that showcases ANNIA’S clear vocals.
Guram Sherozia & Mariam Kakhelishvili have released a charming collaboration song, Gvikvarda (We loved it). It is a beautiful pop ballad and it is sung with a lot of soul by Mariam and Guram’s voice blends nicely with her.
ANNIA recently performed a special showcase at the Women Musicians Network Show at Berklee College of Music in the USA. She wrote English lyrics for her hit song Bez Tebe. It is entitled Without You to sing on the big occasion.
ANNIA got to perform with the all female violinists and band and backing vocalists. Bez Tebe was originally composed by Darko Dimitrov and now ANNIA has added the English lyrics and made the special arrangement with Salvatore Zanelli.
ANNIA is now in her third year at Berklee College of Music and learning and progressing each day. I am sure we will see even more of her talent in the near future.
It was in 2010 that ANNIA (Anja Veterova) represented the then FYR Macedonia at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest with Eooo, Eooo. She has come a long way since then and has had several hit songs and music videos and appeared in festivals such as Makfest.
Now ANNIA is blossoming in to an ever more promising vocalist and musician as she gains valuable experience studying in the USA.
The 10 finalists for the 2019 Georgian Idol competition have been revealed. The winning act will have the honour of representing Georgia at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest in Israel in May.
Amongst the 10 acts is the popular and talented Mariam Kakhelishvili. She represented Georgia at the 2010 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with Mari Dari and she became a cult favourite and was known as “Baby Gaga”.

Mariam Kakhelishvili has recently released a charming cover version of the song Golden Slumbers. The song was originally recorded by the Beatles but Mariam’s interpretation is more influenced by the Jennifer Hudson version.
Mariam showcases her beautiful and powerful vocals on the track. The video clip is filmed in black and white and portrays Mariam in an elegant and attractive fashion.
Mariam represented Georgia at the 2010 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with the popular Mari Dari, where she was sometimes nicknamed ‘Baby Gaga’! She has also been auditioning for the next season of Georgian Idol, where the eventual winner will represent Georgia at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest. Mariam has been singing since a very young age and she finished third in the Georgia Got Talent show, Nichieri, in 2010 and she impressed many as she represented Georgia at the 2010 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with the classic Mari Dari.
Mariam was compared to Lady Gaga and was given the nickname of Baby Gaga!! She is a true talent with a big voice and deserves to be a big star.
ANNIA has released a brand new single and also a hot video clip for Dodje mi da vrisnem (I am coming to scream). ANNIA (Anja Veterova) released the video clip on her 19th birthday – 13 August. What a great celebration that she has brought to all us with this awesome upbeat and cool track.
Dodje mi da vrisnem is composed by some familiar faces to Eurovision. The music and arrangement is by Darko Dimitrov with lyrics by Vladimir Danilovic and Elena Risteska. Darko has written or produced on several Eurovision songs such as FYR Macedonia 2006, 2013, 2014 and 2018 and Albania in 2015 and Serbia in 2018. Elena represented FYR Macedonia in 20016 with Ninanajna.
The video clip is cool and ANNIA is very fashionable and chic looking. It is an IDJ Video by Marko Todorović and Petar Drašković and filmed in Belgrade, Serbia.

Soon Anja will be starting an academic study for a musical scholarship at the respected and esteemed Berklee College of Music in the USA.
