Arvingarna is this week’s STAR OF THE WEEK and today’s song is:
Eloise, a song in Swedish, written by Gert Lengstrand and Lasse Holm, performed by Arvingarna. The song won the Swedish Melodifestivalen 1993 and represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 1993. Sweden had been one of the favourites to win Eurovision that year. The highest set of points, 10, came from Belgium, Austria and Israel. The song received a total of 89 points, resulting in a seventh place.
