Serbia will once again participate at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest to be held in Malta on 20 November 2016. Whilst we await their act to be selected let us look back at the history of Serbia at Junior Eurovision.

Serbia first participated at the JESC in 2006 with Neustrašivi učitelji stranih jezika and took part each year until 2010 after which they took a break. They made a welcome return in 2014 with Emilija Đonin.

ESC Covers favourite entry from Serbia is Nevena Božović with her song Piši mi (Write to me). Nevena later represented Serbia in the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest as part of the group Moje 3.
