ESCCOVERS is A REST OF THE WORLD website, based in Johannesburg, South Africa and is the only Eurovision website in Africa. For that reason we take great interest in the rest of the world televoting in the 2023 Eurovision song contest.

Yes we know there are loads of voters in REST OF THE WORLD countries and probably many did vote, but here is the way they voted in semi final 2. Their 12 points went to Albania. This came as a huge surprise to us.
