JULIA MACHEDO has been selected to sing for PORTUGAL at the 2023 Junior Eurovision song contest in Nice, France.
Ian Fowell reported that she has published a box of promo CD’s of her entry WHERE I BELONG on Instagram, which probably will be handed out in Nice.
