Polina Babiy has released her new song called Ďaleko (Far away). A fabulous new song with a strong melody and production and power vocals.

Ďaleko is composed by Andrej G-bod Skrovina and Polina Babii. It is available to stream or buy from all digital platforms.

Polina says Ďaleko means a lot to her – “The song “Ďaleko” turned out to be very sensitive and personal. These are my worries that have been with me for almost 2 years. This is a memory of the time I spent with my father. Our conversations and walks, our joint trips and adventures. I really miss that time. I wrote the song “Far away” especially for my father’s birthday, and I also dedicated it to everyone who is missing their relatives who are far from you. The situation in which most Ukrainian families now find themselves is not just physical distance. This is a separation of hearts. Everyone personally experiences these emotions. But we are all united by concern for the safety of a loved one, suffering from separation and not being able to hug and support. Everyone will find a flashback from their life in this song. Someone misses friends who have moved to different parts of the world, someone misses their father and relatives, and someone now misses a loved one who protects our country and our peace. Only shared memories remained in our hearts! I dream that when the war ends, everyone will be together again and feel the joy of lively hugs and communication”.

Polina impressed many with her Ukrainian JESC national final songs in 2020 and 2023 but she has also had success in competitions and festivals such as Black Sea Games and participating in The Voice Kids Ukraine in 2019 and Česko slovensko mÁ talent 2022 (Czech & Slovak Got Talent 2022).
