Maarya will represent Slovenia with the refreshing pop sound of Here For You. Now they have released the official promotional video for the song.
Some people think Maraaya is just a solo girl singer. Infact, they are Marjetka and Raay (Maraaya is a combination of their two names). They are married to each other and have two children.
Next in line is ITALY and their great duet from 1984 I TRENI DI TOZEUR sung by ALICE and FRANCO BATTIATO. The Afrikaans cover is by MICHELLE KUYPER and KEVIN LEO.
We are getting closer to the end and song 50 is IRELAND 2006, EVERY SONG IS A CRY FOR LOVE by BRIAN KENNEDY. I absolutely love this song. The Afrikaans cover is done by JASMYN & BRANDON OCTOBER.
Sofia Kutsenko was on the Junior Eurovision stage in 2014 as part of the Ukrainian act, Sympho-Nick, with their song Pryyde vesna. Sofia will release her first official music, video scheduled for April, for her song Rozpovid (Story).
Rozpovid is composed by Alyosha, who represented Ukraine at the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest with Sweet People, and Vadym Lisitsia, who is a writer and producer.
The video will feature a lot teenagers who want to show that life is wonderful and for enjoying. Keep reading here and we will bring you the video of Rozpovid by Sofia when released.
Thank you Tarrant for creating such a wonderful Good Luck message for Elnur of Azerbaijan – nice words too! And top marks for originality…I never knew aluminium foil had so many uses!
This Good Luck message contains the cutest imagery…the little animated man in the bottom right corner. Thanks Roger for creating the Good Luck message that will be given to Måns Zelmerlöw, Sweden’s representative at this year’s contest.
Today is the turn of one of my favourite songs from Eurovision, ICELAND 1991 and their song NINA by STEFAN and EYFI. The Afrikaans cover is my favourite of any cover done in South Africa. It is sung by BLES BRIDGES who tragically died 15 years ago, Until recently this was the biggest seller of any cover in South Africa and compared to the Icelandic population, it accounts to that 1 out of every 2 Iceland people would have bought a copy.
We have just received a press release from the San Marino delegation. Click here to read the news from San Marino, including biographies of the young artists and the composer, Eurovision veteran Ralph Siegel.
