KAREL GOTT recorded many hit English hit songs in his native Czech language. ESC Covers are looking at some of them over the weeks.

Today’s song is  called MUJ IDEAL which is a cover of Diana Ross and Lionel Ritchie’s ENDLESS LOVE. KAREL GOTT sings it with MONIKA ABSOLONOVA.

Karel of course represented Austria in the 1968 Eurovision song contest. His home country at that stage was not taking part in Eurovision.
