In the new millennium voting that Norbert from Eurovision & beyond is running, it was the turn of the next country, MONACO on which people could vote.

Monaco stopped participating in 1979 and then in the early 2000 they returned for a couple of years.  The winner turned out the 2006 entry LA COCO DANCE by SEVERINE FERRER.
