Gaia Gambuzza had the proud honour of singing the Maltese national anthem at the UEFA World Cup Qualifier football match between Malta and Finland at the weekend.

It was a fantastic privilege and experience for Gaia as she sang on the pitch as the players lined up before the game. Unfortunately for Malta the game ended in a win for Finland but was indeed a splendid achievement and emotion to sing at this occasion. Gaia got a special memento from the game with her own Malta football shirt with her name printed on the back.

Gaia represented Malta at the 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Armenia with Diamonds In The Skies and has now had three chart toppers in Malta with her original songs.
