Norbert from the facebook ESC Dublin to Amsterdam look at the potential songs for PORTUGAL’s 2023 Eurovision entry.
These are the candidates of Festival da Canção 2023
The songs in the race to represent Portugal in the Eurovision Song Contest have been released by the Portuguese broadcaster. The semi-finals of ‘Festival da Canção’ are on February 25 and March 4, and the final is a week later. 10 songs participate in each semi-final and the best 5 per show, chosen by jury and televote, go to the final. From the remaining songs from the semi-final, the televoters will choose another candidate per semi-final.
1st semi-final:
April Ivy – Modo Voo
BOLHA – Sonhos da Liberdade
Churky–Encruzilhada
Claudia Pascoal – Nasci Maria
Esse Povo – Sapatos de Cimento
Mimicat – Ai Coracao
MoYah – Too Much Sauce
Neon Soho – Endless World
SAL–Viver
You Can’t Win Charlie Brown – Contraste Mudo
2nd semi-final:
Bandua–Bandeiras
Bárbara Tinoco – Goodnight
DAPUNKSPORTIF – World Needs Therapy
Edmundo Inácio – A Festa
Inês Apenas – Fim do Mundo
Ivandro–Povo

Interesting songs. Only one real horror in my opinion. Be interesting to see live performances.
