With Eurovision 2023 taking place in Liverpool, the United Kingdom, and Liverpool is the home of the very successful group THE BEATLES, ESC Covers are looking into a couple of Beatle songs covered by Eurovision artists.

The eight song is A HARD DAY’S NIGHT by KATJA EBSTEIN.  Katha represented GERMANY no less than three times at the Eurovision song contest and all 3 times ended in the top 3 (without winning). IN 1970, her first appearance and she ended 3rd. The following year, 1971 third again and in 1980 she ended in 2nd place with a song composed by Ralph Siegel.
