It is now 18 days to the 2024 Eurovision final in Malmo, Sweden. For  20 days running I will highlight one song from each of the last 20 years and I have started with 2004. Now with 18 days to go it this the 2006 Eurovision.

The 2006 Eurovision song contest took place in Athens Greece and the winner was LORDI from FINLAND with HARD ROCK HALLELUJAH. So for the 6th time in a row, a new country provided the winner.

I really love the entry from SWITZERLAND called IF WE ALL GIVE A LITTLE, composed by RALPH SIEGEL. The group was formed by using 6 people – 3 males and 3 females from different countries like Switzerland, Israel, Germany, Sweden, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Malta.
