With the upcoming Junior Eurovision contest only a few months away, national selections for many countries are now well underway.
To date, we have 7 confirmed artists and one confirmed song from the Ukraine, who selected Sophia Ivanko with “Koly zdaietsi” ahead of some strong competition.

This year’s contest will take place in Gliwice Poland on 24th November.
Earlier this year ESC Covers reported about the national contests in Armenia where young models and entertainers would represent their country in two prestigious festivals in Dubai and Hong Kong.
The young Armenian talented models and performers had big success at the ‘Talent Star International’ festival in Hong Kong.
The Armenian delegation were just recently in Hong Kong and the successful models competed Catwalk, English Introduction and Talent categories.
Karine Movsisyan won the Grand Prix award and was overall champion in all age groups!!
Mila Khachatryan won the first runner up prize for her age category and also won the award for Best Photo Model.
Elen Galustyan won a special Gold Award.
Elen Mkrtchyan achieved a special prize for Best Presentation of Armenia as a brand.
The ‘Junior Model International’ competition will take place in Dubai in October. Good luck to the competitors.

There are some good songs and when the final recordings are polished up some of them will sound even better.

An expert jury will review the songs and the winning act will be announced in the coming days.
It has been confirmed today that 19 countries will take part in the 2019 Junior Eurovision Song Contest that will take place in Gliwice-Silesia, Poland on 24 November.

The acts were invited to perform a cover version or an original song. The two original songs are performed by Aiden Aquilina Cohen and Illejla. The other acts perform covers.
TV viewers will get a chance to see the performers and songs in the first two weeks of August. Then there will be online voting and the winning act will be announced on 20 August.
The fourth and last song of the Dutch pre-selection songs for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Poland in November has been released.
It is by the group M*VES, who are Tess, Luuk, Miencke and Max. The song is called MAKE YOUR MOVE and it is again largely sung in Dutch with several English lines.
