Eurovision South Africa has started with the candidates in the AFRI  FRIEND AWARDS, it is the third country – FINLAND, the first category – ENGLISH COVERS – and the second candidate LAUGHING EYES by BOULEVARD.

LAUGHING EYES is an English cover of the 1988 Eurovision entry from Finland Nauravat silmat muistetaan sung by Boulevard themselves.
