Alexander Minyonok to represent Belarus at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest

Alexander Minyonok has been selected to represent Belarus at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest to be held in Malta in November. He won a tense final with his song Muzyka Tvoikh Pobed (Music of your wins). The quality of songs was of a very high standard. After the televoting and jury voting there was a tie for the first place between Alexander and Olga Konovalova. Olga won the televoting vote with her song Serdtsa Bit (Heart beat) and Alexander the jury vote. Alexander was declared the winner when each jury member came on stage and cast an individual vote, where he gained the most.
