Kaleen’s stage outfit and SWAROVSKI crystal pyramid

Kaleen: “We tried out two great outfits during rehearsals. It wasn’t an easy decision, but in the end, we chose the brighter look, which stands out better in the dark stage set.”

Her outfit for the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö consists of two parts. Firstly, a white faux leather coat with wide genuine leather straps and rose gold buckles, designed by Marina Hoermanseder. This coat gives Kaleen a powerful yet glamorous presence on stage. Beneath the coat, she wears a silver metallic bodysuit designed in three parts that, when worn together, create a unified ensemble. Each element seamlessly emphasizes her movements and reflects the stage lights. Transparent slits on the costume’s arms, stomach, and back create a visual effect, making the costume appear as an extension of her body.

The costume comprises four different materials and is adorned with a plethora of SWAROVSKI crystals, adding extra shine. The creation of the costume and the matching metallic boots took almost three weeks and were designed by the US-based designer Stefan Orlić.

Above Kaleen floats a pyramid with a downward-pointing tip. It symbolizes feminine energy and strength while simultaneously representing the element of water. Thousands of SWAROVSKI crystals were painstakingly applied to the 3×3-meter steel construction over several days, illuminating the stage in sparkling splendor under laser and spotlight beams, creating a captivating atmosphere.
