Zoé Clauzure won the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest for France with her song, Cœur. It was the third victory for France in four years.

The show was very entertaining with close and tense voting. Runner up was Sandra Valero for Spain, third place went to Armenia and the Yan Girls and in fourth place were United Kingdom with talented girl trio, Stand Uniqu3.

The interval guests included Lissandro (2022 JESC France winner) and Amir (2016 ESC France). There was also a special performance of We Are The World from USA For Africa by several acts including former French participants Enzo (2021), Lissandro (2022), Valentina (2020) and Angélina (2018).
