Included in the line up are Kurt Calleja (2012) and Moira Stafrace (1994 with Chris) for Malta. Also, taking part is Eliana Gomez Blanco, who sang for Malta at the 2019 JESC.
For four weeks beginning 27 October nine songs each week will be shown on TV. A jury and a public vote will take place and 12 songs will eventually take part in the final in January 2024.
