Kejsi Tola who represented Albania at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest with Carry Me In Your Dreams make a welcome return.

Elsa Lila won the jury vote at Festivali i Këngës #61 but did not win the overall public vote.

Melodajn Mancaku was also a popular contestant in the Festivali i Këngës #61 competition.
