Sigga, Beta & Elín have won the  Söngvakeppnin 2022 national selection and will represent Iceland at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Með hækkandi sól (With the rising sun).

The five finalists were –

1. Stefán Óli – Ljósið (The light)
2. Sigga, Beta & Elín – Með hækkandi sól (With the rising sun)
3. Katla – Þaðan af (From there)
4. Reykjavíkurdætur – Turn This Around
5. Amarosis – Don’t You Know

The Super Final was between –

Sigga, Beta & Elín and Reykjavíkurdætur
