Albina has performed a retro release of Tick-Tock (Vintage Version). The track features an orchestra at the Večernjakova annual awards show a the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb.
Albina will represent Croatia at the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest with Tick-Tock.

Looks like they make all kinds of versions. So there is now this vintage version, English and Croatian if I am not mistaken.
