Orgesa Zaimi releases English language album

Orgesa Zaimi was on the Eurovision stage as part of the Albanian team as a backing vocalist with Kejsi Tola performing Carry Me In Your Dreams in the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest in Moscow.

Orgesa has since had solo success in Albania and successfully competed in festivals such as Top Fest and Kenga Magjike. For example she performed Sa Keq in the 2014 Kenga Magjike festival and received much acclaim.

Now Orgesa has just released a brand new English language album. It is entitled Brand New Day. She has recorded music videos for the tracks When You Go, I Don’t Want You Back and Every Minute. The songs have a pop/rock feel and are definitely worth checking out. You can view Orgesa’s videos through her own VEVO channel here https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgQEDaNoMuPrKXs1M63Fd8A

Brand New Day is available through all the regular digital platforms such as iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, etc.

  1. The 2009 Albanian entry will always have a special meaning to me and Morten. The Albanian delegation was staying in the same hotel as us and on the same floor and the twins had the hotel room next door to us. WE were treated by a special a capella version of their entry in our room. I will try to get this CD. Should be special
