In a surprise announcement earlier today, 2020 Junior Eurovision contestant Oleksandr Balabanov, announced that the search for the countries Jesc contestant was now underway and that a national selection show would be returning.

Last seen in 2017, the national selection show is due to be broadcast on Ukraine TV. 

UA: Kultura channel have also taken over the Junior Eurovision reigns and will both organise the selection show (with a provisional date of October 23rd.) and broadcast the Junior Eurovision Final in Paris in December.
