Last week we were advised there would be a record 19 countries taking part in the 2018 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Well make that now 20 !! Ukraine have decided after all to take part in the contest.
This is great news for the contest and Ukraine are also a previous winner back in 2012 with Anastasiya Petryk and Nebo. Can they do it again?!!
