Ida Andia from Romania tackle today one of the Baltic countries, Latvia to announce whether she feels it will make the Eurovision final or not.

”That Night” by Carousel is a chill song; I really like the sweet voice of the singer but sometimes the lyrics are too repetitive and in the final you could fall asleep. It’s relaxing, but even so I think that this Baltic country will not pass in the final.

This is where you have to predict which 10 countries will qualify from semi final 2 to the final in Kyiv. You list the 10 countries you think will qualify. In order for transparency, you will have to publish your 10 countries here on the website or on our Eurovision coverage facebook so that all know what you have predicted.

Obviously the winner will be the person who predicted the most correct – hopefully all 10, but should nobody have 10 correct, we go down to 9 and then 8. In case more than 1 person are correct, the winner will be drawn by lottery.

This is a long term competition and you can continue with this until 9 am CET of the Thursday of the live semi final 2 broadcast.

Two more acts qualified for the final of the 2016 Melodifestivalen in Sweden after semi-final 2 in Malmö. The two acts directly to the final are –

  • David Lindgren – We Are Your Tomorrow
  • Wiktoria – Save Me

Two more acts will have another chance in the Andra Chansen show. The hopefuls are –

  • Molly Pettersson Hammar – Hunger 
  • Isa – I Will Wait
