As TV Mania TV informs us , Sandro will not represent Cyprus at Eurovision 2021 , since at the last meeting of the RIK Board of Directors , it was decided to insist on the decision they made last year, when they approved Sandro as a representative in the 2020 competition. According to the relevant decision of the Cypriot public television, the country will be represented at Eurovision 2021 either by a popular artist in Greece and Cyprus or by an artist of Cypriot origin.

In this way, although we are still waiting for the official announcements, Cyprus could become the first country, from those that had been selected in this year’s competition with a direct assignment, that does not confirm the same artist at Eurovision 2021.
