MILLENNIUM WINNER FOR FRANCE
Norbert started with a marathon voting for the best songs of the new millennium.
The 17th voting was for the entries from FRANCE.
ESC Covers predicted another winner for FRANCE, but it turned out to be the 2002 entry EL FAUT DU TEMPS by SANDRINE FRANCOIS.
