New CD

NEW CD – TUSSEN STERRE

We got a surprise new CD today – it is called KOSMIES and is by a new group called TUSSEN STERRE (among stars). The group has three members – Jan-Mattys van Lill SJ van Dyk and Martin Clifford Earle. The name Jan-Mattys may sound familiar to some – he has covered two Euro songs in the past – Russia 2008 – Believe of Dima Bilan which he calls DIE LEWE BEGIN VAN VOORAF and Belarus 2012 – We are the heroes of Litesound which he calls VEG TOT DIE EINDE. On their CD is a song called VIR EWIG ‘N GOEIE TYD (For always a good time) and a video has been made of it. They have just entered it for the San Marino selection but it has not been loaded as yet.

NEW EUROVISION COVERS by DIRK LAZENBY

The day started off great when we received the latest two Eurovision covers. A singer from Cape Town, DIRK LAZENBY has recorded a full CD and on it will be two Eurovision covers.The CD is currently at the printers and once it becomes available, we will inform you about the details.

The two euro covers are
Lithuania 2012 Love is blind of Donny Montell which will be called JY’S DIE EEN VIR MY (you are the one for me)

Belarus 2012 We are the heroes of Litesound which will be called EK WIL JOU HELP WEES (I want to be your hero).

Andy Mikheev, the chief editor of ESCKaz website heard the two covers and said it is of the BEST ever to come out of South Africa.

Roy van der Merwe, the president of Eurovision South Africa loves both songs as well. but most know he just love covers and is not as objective when it comes to real world quality,which according to Andy these two covers are.

Dirk is still fairly unknown but this CD, if the other songs are of the same standard, is destined for big things.

A special thanks to Riaan Steyn who is helping Dirk to realize his dream with this CD.

Diana Gromova is a talented and rising star from Belarus and she has just released her first official video clip for her popular pop/dance song, Razbivayemsya (Break). The video is beautifully produced and Diana looks to be having a lot of fun and she looks lovely in the several costume changes she makes. The song is a powerful and upbeat song with a lot of energy.

The video is produced by Litesound (Vladimir Karyakin and Dmitriy Karyakin). They represented Belarus at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest with their song We Are The Heroes.

Diana has previously competed in Belarussian Junior Eurovision national selection finals and has tried for the adult Eurovision as well as releasing some popular singles in her homeland.

We start today again with the last group of 20 songs. It is the turn again of BELARUS and their 2012 song WE ARE THE HEROES by LITESOUND. This song is very special to me. Jan-Mattys van Lill who is doing the Afrikaans cover, did it for me as a birthday present in 2012, so there are not many copies of this available as it has not been commercially released.

Litesound rocked the Eurovision stage for Belarus in 2012 with We Are The Heroes. Their lively stage show and impressive sound was liked by many fans around Europe and the world.

Now Litesound have joined with Brothers Zapashny for a new project. It is for the unique Russian Circus run by Edgard and Askold Zapashny who have a rich history with the circus dynasty lasting over 100 years. Litesound have made a brand new video clip for their new song UFO. It will be used with the circus project. It features a spectacular story with a flight of the UFO and meeting amazing creatures with performances by the best acts from the Big Russian Moscow Circus. The acts include the Titchenkovy Sisters who play alien girls over 2 metres high.

UFO is composed by the brothers, Dimitry and Vladimir Karakiny, and they also wrote the video. The song is set to be a big hit in Russia and Belarus and other territories.

The circus show has already played to 10,000 people at Minsk Arena in Belarus to rave reviews.
