Magdalena Aleksovska won the 2 Degree Laureate prize (2nd place) at the Lake Pearls 2017 festival in FYR Macedonia. She gave an enchanting performance of the song Broken Vow, made famous by Lara Fabian. Magdalena (also known as Maggie) charmed the audience and judges with her crystal clear vocals.

Magdalena also recently performed the show stopping song Don’t Rain On My Parade at the Ezerski Biseri 2017 festival. It has been sung by many top acts over the years including Barbra Streisand but Maggie based her performance on the style of Lea Michelle.

Magdalena represented FYR Macedonia at the 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with Ivana Petkovska where they performed Pletenka – Braid of Love.
