Serbia’s 2 previous Junior Eurovision contestants Darija Vracevic (2019) and Petar Anicic (2020) have been in the studio together and the resulting recording was released on Daria’s YouTube channel this morning.
Darija Vračević gave a charming performance of her song Podigni glas at the 2019 Junior Eurovision Song Contest second rehearsal. She was alone on stage but gave a sweet and confident performance.
Darija was later mingling in the press area and she was delightful to chat to.
Following Netta’s win in 2018 which rode the wave of the ‘Me Too’ movement, one of this year’s hot global news topics seems to be having an influence at Junior Eurovision.
Serbia released its song for Junior Eurovision 2019 earlier today: Darija Vracevic ‘Raise your voice’.
Despite only being 11 years old (she will turn 12 before the contest in Gliwice on November 24th) Daria has appeared in various festivals and competitions both nationally and internationally.

Darija Vračević has been chosen internally by the broadcaster RTS to represent Serbia at the 2019 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Poland in November.
Darija will sing Podigni Glas (Raise your voice) in Gliwice-Silesia. The song will be revealed publicly in the coming weeks.
Darija is 11 years old and has appeared in several music festivals and is also and actress. She also took part in the popular entertainment show Pinkove Zvezdice All Stars recently.
