For the entire month of February, ESC Covers will take every day a South African artist/group/duo on a virtual tour to Europe plus. We will visit 28 countries.

COVER2COVER – PROMOTIONAL PLATFORM
From today onward ESC COVERS website (with our partners Eurovision coverage, EuroVisionMusic, Destination Eurovision and the radio station x5 stereo) will again start promoting the COVER2COVER concept. It is not a competition anymore but a promotion platform and hopefully South African artists will send covers to us. The 3 entries we received, Helena, Anton and Marle, will be carried over to the coverage. Victor Bush will again be our model and he will holding promo items, CD’s and bags of some of the entries from the Eurovision song contest. The first one is of CROATIA 2017, MY FRIEND of JACQUES HOUDEK with a promo CD we designed (as only a USB stick was handed out) and a beautiful My Friend bag which contained a chocolate.

Jacques Houdek, who represented CROATIA at the 2017 Eurovision song contest and composed their 2019 entry,has a new video out called TERET.

JACQUES HOUDEK from Croatia has a new song and video out. It is called VOLI DO BOLI. The video is quite interesting and almost looks like a ballet or a gymnastic performance at the Olympics.

HARLIND – COVERING CROATIA 2017
Stephan Herholdt and Amy Lind are the members of HARLIND, a South African duo who are busy covering the Eurovision entry of Croatia 2017 – My friend of Jacques Houdek. The Afrikaans title is MY VRIEND. Stephan will sing the opera part in Italian and Amy will sing the pop part in Afrikaans. They visited Eurovision South Africa and posed with promo stuff from Croatia.
COLE VAN DAIS – also a friend of MY FRIEND
Cole van Dais came to visit to hear all about Eurovision 2017. She also loves the song from Croatia and posed with items from Croatia. Her new duet CD is almost complete and will be available soon. It does contain an euro cover from Croatia, 1995, otherwise she would have done MY FRIEND in duet as well.
CROATIA 2017 – MY FRIEND
It is not secret that Croatia’s 2017 Eurovision entry MY FRIEND is the favourite song of ESCCovers and we are doing all in our power to get this song covered in South Africa. Today we will feature a bit of Croatia stating with the promo package – a chocolate, a fantastic MY FRIEND bag and the memory stick.
