On 28 APRIL 2021 the first South-African Independent Artist Music Awards will take place. It will take place at Platteland in Centurion.

ESC Covers will report on some of the nominations (those that have covered a Eurovision song in their careers) and also publish one of their Eurovision covers.

RENE REICHERT is one of the artists nominated in one of the categories and have covered at least Eurovision song.

The song is called MY WERELD BEHOORT AAN JOU (My world belongs to you) and it is a cover of the 2013  Eurovision entry from Switzerland  – You and me by Vicky Takasa.
