In a special show broadcast on NRK, four acts qualified for the Melodi Grand Prix 2022 second chance show.
A recap of all the songs that did not make it to the final of Melodi Grand Prix were shown.
Public voting decided the following four songs will go to the Melodi Grand Prix Second Chance show on Saturday.

- Mari Bølla – Your Loss
- Kim Wigaard – La melodia
- Maria Mohn – Fly
