In the new millennium voting that Norbert from Eurovision & beyond is running, it was the turn of the next country, MALTA on which people could vote.

Malta has several good songs, but no-one stood out as a clear cut winner. The winner turned out to be one of three entries by CHIARA – the one winning is ANGEL, her 2005 entry.
