Norbert started with a marathon voting for the best songs of the new millennium.

The 8th voting was for the entries from BELGIUM.

There were 3 songs in the final and the winner was their 2015 entry RHYTHM INSIDE  by LOIC NOTTET. He did a last minute rush to just win over Kate Ryan.
