Mariam Mamadashvili wins the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest for Georgia

Georgia have won the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest for Mariam Mamadashvili with the song Mzeo.

Armenia finished in second place and Italy were third.

It is the third success for Georgia at Junior Eurovision and also for the composer Giga Kukhianidze and the Bzikebi Studio team.

  1. Not my favorite song this year, but definitely the most moving performance of the night. It was clear that she would win as soon as she finished singing. Mariam did an outstanding job and I can see her making a career in theatre.
